Ducted Vacuums - Ben from Mentone
Question
Hi, we are building a new house and would like to have ducted Vacuuming put in, we are not sure where to start with it or who can install it for us. Can you give me a contact and some basic info on how it works. Thanks
Answer
Ducted Vacuum systems can be installed easily into existing or new homes. It works by having a network of pipes throughout the house with connection points which you simply slot the end of the hose into and it automatically starts up. It is also a very quite system which does not involve lugging around a vacuum cleaner, just the hose. The Vacuum unit is simply installed onto a wall somewhere, most commonly the Garage and they even come in a bagless design. Ducted vacuum systems seem to have good suction and is benefitial to asthma and allergy sufferers.
