Metricon has now cemented its position as a leader in the home building market. But our journey began over 30 years ago in 1976 when we founded Metricon and set up our first offices in Caulfield, Melbourne. Now with a team of more than 600, we are immensely proud of our company today. We are both still actively involved in the business and look forward eagerly to the next chapter in our exciting journey.

 

Metricon started as a boutique builder of homes with a focus on land development, construction of commercial buildings and house and land packages in Victoria. However our passion for design and construction, and the drive to become the market leader, has always driven us to evolve with market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

We are proud of what the Metricon team has achieved and believe that we continue to contribute positively to the growth and development of Australia’s residential landscape. We encourage you to join us on our journey.
