STAGE ONE - The Design

The friendly, professional staff at Farm Houses will spend as much time with you as necessary to ensure that our concept of your home matches your vision. We will customise every aspect of your design taking into account your family, the size, features and outlook of your property, and your budget.

Using a state-of-the-art computer Design Program then allows you to "walk through" your design, ensuring that every aspect meets your approval - both internal and external.

STAGE TWO - The Construction

Flexible Construction Packages are available catering for Owner-Builders, Construction to Lock-up, or the security and peace of mind of Construction to Completion. We are happy to tailor a Construction Package to suit your needs.

Construction is carried out by a motivated team of professional trades people, ensuring the quality and finish of your new home is second to none. Construction By Law has been constructing top quality homes on the Mornington Peninsula and Victoria wide for over 10 years.

The "Modified Ferny Hill" - Was built by Construction By Law some 5 years ago, and allows you the opportunity to view a home which is actually lived in, functions as a family home, and see first hand how a quality construction weathers 5 years of family life with three young children!
