Certificate IV in Building & Construction (Building)

Certificate IV in Building & Construction (Building)


This course is designed for aspiring registered building practitioners and construction managers seeking to further develop their knowledge and skills in the building and construction industry.
The course runs for a total of 22 days spread over 15 weeks starting Monday 16th July 2012.

Times: 9 to 5pm

The Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) is made up of seven modules:
• Supervision and Site Administration MBA logo
• Building Technology
• Structural Principles
• Estimating and Stock Control
• Contracts and Legal Obligations
• Occupational Health and Safety
• Business Management and Financial Management.

Each participant who completes the required learning and assessment tasks for every module will be awarded the The Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building). Participants who successfully complete one or more modules will be issued with an official Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognised units of competency attained.
